Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is when an organization transfers all a part of its permanent recruitment to an external provider. An RPO provider can act as an extension of a company's HR or Resourcing function, sitting on-site with the client providing a holistic hiring solution. There are various definitions to RPO in today's time. If one calls the RPO as managing activity/processes, the opposite talks about owning the whole Recruitment function of the client as RPO while few say having the recruiters deployed at a client location is taken into account to be RPO.
